Speed Session - NYC

We're gearing up for the Twilight 5000 and other shorter races coming up in June and July. This week's session will be a fartlek 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 on the outer loop. All levels and paces are welcome. Bag check is available. Doors open at 6 pm to the Trackhouse, we'll meet 6:30 pm on the track for the warm-up.
