Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week's workout consists of 1 x 800 jogging the curves and striding the straights. We will then take full recovery before running 2 x 200 at 5k pace. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the workout will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
