Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week, we have a ladder workout on the figure 8 loop on deck. The workout is a ladder of 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minutes at 10k pace with 90 seconds jogging rest between reps. For an extra challenge, complete the workout at 5k pace.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
