100 Days to Boston, Week 9

Join us for the ninth run in our build to Boston. This week, we'll run a marathon workout around the BC Reservoir.

Location
Doors will open at the Boston Trackhouse at 8:30 AM, and the run will begin promptly at 9 AM. Bag drop is available. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.

Pacers
There will be pacers from 6:30/mile to 11:00/mile on hand to help guide you on the run. The full details of the run are linked below. The distance option offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.

Workout Details
Warmup to BC Reservoir - 3.8 mi
5k @ marathon pace (2 laps)
1.5 mi recovery (1 lap)
5k @ marathon pace (2 laps)
1.5 mi recovery (1 lap)
1.5 mi @ half marathon pace (1 lap)
**total--7 laps around the reservoir**
Cool down back to Trackhouse - 3.8 mi

Fuelling
Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, refreshments will be available.
