Speed Session - Boston
Join us for our weekly speed workout. This week, we'll practice changing gears between different threshold paces: 5 min @ HM, 10 min @ M, 5 min @ HM, 2.5 min @ M, 2.5 min @ 10k. This workout can be done continuously, or with 60 seconds of walking/jogging between reps.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
