Speed Session - Boston
Join us for our weekly speed workout. This week, we'll do a track session: 2-3x800m, 2-3x600m, 2-3x400m, 2-3x200m (200m walk/jog between reps and 400m walk/jog between sets) followed by an OPTIONAL 2-3 lap tempo in lanes 7/8.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
