Please join us for a conversation and Q&A with professional runner and 3x national champion Annie Rodenfels.

We’ll explore how Rodenfels developed from an NCAA DIII runner to being one of the fiercest distance competitors in the US. Among her many accolades, Rodenfels has won three national championships as a professional–she is the 2023 and 2024 USATF 5k champion and the 2024 USATF 6k champion–and she won her debut 10k, the 2023 Boston 10k for Women. Last year she was 8th at the US Olympic Trials in the steeplechase. Rodenfels is a born competitor and a fierce racer.

We’ll dive into what it’s taken to develop into the runner she is today: her training; addressing mental strength; becoming a champion competitor; and what’s inspiring her these days.
