Turkey Trot - London
Turkey Trot - London
The Turkey Trot is a long-held Thanksgiving tradition – more than 125 years have passed since the first Turkey Trot was held in Buffalo, New York in 1896 – and it's so popular that Thanksgiving is actually the biggest running day of the year in the US. Although Thanksgiving isn't a holiday on this side of the pond, we thought we'd honor the tradition with a Turkey Trot of our own, British style.
Join us on Thursday 28/11 for a 5k run – you're welcome to race or just trot alongside friends – before coming back to the Trackhouse to enjoy some post-run food and refreshments to celebrate Thanksgiving. The run kicks off at 6:00 PM.
Bag drop and changing will also be available. All paces and levels are welcome. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving. The Strava route is shared here.
