Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week's workout consists of 6-8 x 600m with the first 400m at 10k pace and the final 200m at mile pace with 90 seconds rest between reps. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the workout will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
