As we mark our calendars for the fall marathons, we commit to the theme that the season represents — the arrival of rewards that result from hard work. To support these efforts that culminate on race day, we are bringing our 100 Days long run training program to Berlin, Chicago & New York City. It’s a celebration of the start of the marathon build, but also an opportunity for runners to share the work, celebrate the journey, and prepare for race day. We aim to bring you everything that you need to be successful while you’re putting in the work – so that you can do everything you need to do to be successful on race day.

This vital period of training ensures that you’ve developed an aerobic foundation that focuses on race-specific aspects, like targeted fueling and coaching designed to promote a race-ready mindset.   • Route options building up in distance towards race day, including routes on the marathon course
  • Pacing groups ranging from 6:30 pace to 12:00 pace

The marathon in Berlin embodies speed, being home to legendary performances and multiple world records over the last 50 years. In the build towards this year’s race, as we inch closer to racing the route that’s seen some of the fastest feats, join us for the Berlin 100 Days training program, a three-part series designed to support you through your journey. No matter what you want to get out of those 26.2 miles on race day, we’ll share in your progress and support you in your build to the distance. BERLIN 100 DAYS SCHEDULE

Every year, the marathon in Chicago weaves through the Windy City, showcasing the accumulation of your dedication, hard work, and consistency in a location that embodies our drive to excel. As the marathon date approaches, our Chicago 100 Days training program offers community events where you can share your efforts alongside other runners as you progress toward the big day. Through this training program, we will tackle three guided long runs throughout the city that will help you build up the endurance required for race day. CHICAGO 100 DAYS SCHEDULE

Racing the marathon distance through the five boroughs of New York City is a unique experience for every runner, and one that allows you to discover the city that never sleeps at a different pace. Join us for the New York City 100 Days program to train along the course – we’ll be guiding long runs that venture through segments of the route and speed sessions that will help us establish our pace in the build to the marathon. For a race that requires both fitness and focus, preparing alongside other members of the NYC running community can be the key to getting to the finish line in the iconic Central Park.
